What files do you need for my artwork ?
We accept artwork in jpg or pdf format e-mailed to us at texlabels@aol.com or you can FAX it to us at 267-873-8396. For camera ready artwork like adobe illustrator and photoshop that is too large to e-mail, you can share us the link to your file in your cloud storage server like Dropbox or Google drive.
What are your turn around time and minimum ?
Our turn around time normally is 8-10 days for production after sample approval. Minimum order depends on the type of labels you need.
What type of payments you accept ?
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. We also accept payment via Paypal, Zelle, Venmo and digital currencies like Bitcoin, Ether and USD coin. For wire transfers, we can e-mail you bank details.
What type of warranty do you provide (on custom work)?

What are your terms and conditions?
Return & Refund Policy:
By using our website and the services provided therein, you, the customer, agree to release TexLabels from any and all financial liability in the form of a refund TEN(10) business days after the shipment of your order and receipt of its tracking number.
In order to be processed, any claims requesting a refund must be made to TexLabels before this period has passed. Furthermore, you agree that all decisions made by TexLabels regarding our responsibility in matters of quality or differences between layout of your artwork and final products are final and indisputable.
TexLabels may offer a refund depending on your order current status.
Layout of your artwork : If you are unsatisfied at any time during the layout of your artwork and would like to cancel your order, TexLabels will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your request.
Sampling: If your order involves, by either request or by default, the manufacture of a single physical sample for your approval by either physical review or a sample via e-mail, we will produce this sample directly after your approval. Should you decide to cancel your order once this physical sample has been made, a non-refundable amount of one hundred USD ($100) or 10% of your total order value (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your resulting refund amount as compensation for any tooling, mold or set-up costs incurred to produce the sample.
Production: We place your order into production immediately after you have approved the scanned image sample or the physical sample (if your order requires sampling) or immediately after you have approved the layout of your artwork (if your order does not require sampling). At this stage, all the materials required for your order have already been purchased and your order is being manufactured in its entirety. As such, should you decide to cancel your order during this period, a non-refundable amount of 80% of your total order value will be deducted from your resulting refund as compensation for all set-up fees, mold or tooling fees, and any production costs incurred by TexLabels.
After Your Order Ships: Since most of the products offered by TexLabels are completely custom manufactured specifically for your order (and therefore unique and not re-usable by other customers, refunds are not provided after your order has shipped and you have received its tracking number.
However, under special circumstances where the items ordered are generic (as determined by TexLabels), full refunds (less any shipping costs) may be issued.
If you feel that your order falls into this category, please submit a claim to our customer service team within TEN(10) calendar days after receipt of your order and the generic items ordered sent back to us immediately. Please note that all claims submitted more than TEN (10) calendar days after this date are invalid and ineligible for consideration as per our Terms & Conditions.
