Woven Labels
The fabric used in woven labels are satin and taffeta. We can weave up to 12 colors in your labels.
Send us Pantone colors if you need an exact match on the colors.
The type of weaving controls the amount of detail you want to achieve in your labels.
For simple design we can weave your label single shuttle and for a more detailed design we recommend damask and for a picture like quality we can do it in high definition weaving .
Woven labels are cut & folded in a number of ways, depending on where you put it on your garment.
We can either fold it on both ends (End Fold) or Looped (Center Fold).
We also can do Mitre Fold and Manhattan Fold.
We can also do finished on all sides (No Fold)
The minimum is 500 pcs per design.
Printed Clothing Labels
The fabric used in printed labels are usually satin, nylon and twill. The satin and nylon material are usually in black or white. While the twill is in beige or white.
If you require a heat resistant label, we use Tyvek white material that are fire retardant.
There are many ways to print your label depending on the colors.
For simple designs we can use hot stamp (dry ink) and for design that has six or more colors, we can use flexo printing (wet ink) or dye sublimation for picture like designs.
The minimum is 1,000 pcs per design.
Woven Patches
We now offer woven patches for your hats and bennies. This is a woven label that is die cut to shape and we can add a merrow edge around it.
Those that require no merrowing, we usually laser cut it to the shape you want.
We can add iron-on backing or self-adhesive for easy application.
Lots of merch product now uses this to advertise the brand or logo.
We have a very low minimum of 250 pcs per design.
EMBROIDERY Patches
The badges can have an iron-on or self-adhesive backing to eliminate sewing. It makes the application easier and faster.
We can also add a velcro backing so patches can be removed and swapped as needed.
You can have up to 12 colors for your badge. We have a variety of thread colors to choose from, just reference the Pantone or Madeira thread number.
The price depends on the size, embroidery and quantity of your order.

Leather Patches
We have real and imitation leather patches that is now popular in hats and bennies. Leather patches are also put in jeans and canvas bags.
We can either hot stamped on the leather or screen print on it.
The texture could be rough like suede or shinny leather.

Rubber Patches
Lots of apparel companies are now using silicone rubber and pvc patches in their t-shirts, caps, pants and bags.
If you want your designs to have a modern look, this is the best way to go.
Your labels will not easily fade and it will even outlast your garments.
Rubber patches are also perfect for swimwear and surfwear clothing since the salt water can not affect your labels and you know your logo or brand will always be visible for a long time.

Hang Tags
Hang tags used different kinds of paper quality, just tell us what you want.
The thickness is measured in points which is either 15 point or 18 point. You can have it u.v.coated for outdoor application like stickers, uncoated for indoors and laminated to achive that glossy effect.
It can be die cut to your specific shape and it can also have a glue backing so it could be used as a sticker.
Low minimum order 1,000 pcs for 1 color and 2,000 for more colors.
Rubber promo Bracelets
We have promotional items like rubber key chains and bracelets which are very popular in trade shows, concerts and events.
We can even add a motion activated lights, holographic sticker or USB drive depending on your needs.

Woven Wrist Bands
This is similar to a woven ribbon but with a clasp attached to the end to secure it. Once in place, it can only be cut with a scissors.
The woven bracelets are common in music festivals, concerts, sports events, conventions and private events that require a durable gate pass.
